LIGHT UP COFFEE ACOPACA PACAMARA - EL SALVADOR (SWEET)

Regular price HK$160.00

Coffee that combines fresh fruit with a pleasant sweetness. Impressions of apples, oranges and plums. It has a creamy texture and a long, sweet finish that's reminiscent of milk chocolate and macadamia nuts.

ACOPACA Producers Association is an association of producers in the Chalatenango region of northwestern El Salvador.

It consists of about 20 producers, most of whom have won prizes in competitions, and aims to spread the region's high-quality coffee to the world.

This blended batch is a collection of only the Pacamara honey craft typical of the region, created to stabilize the quality and sell it as a large quantity of specialty coffee at a price higher than the market price. This coffee clearly displays the character of Chalatenango’s terroir, with bright acidity and sweetness.

Their goal in sourcing and baking is to do both at the same time. Roasting is done intentionally so that the beans are transparent and the differences between each bean are clear, retaining their sweetness even after cooling.

Their roasting team purchases unique green beans from various green bean trading companies and roasts them using Probat UG22.Masu at their roastery in Mitaka. Roasted coffee is cupped every week to check its quality and continue to update roasting methods. They share information such as roasting intentions with everyone in the weekly report, coordinate the "taste" of each store every month, and the entire team pursues quality and strives to provide customers with the most delicious coffee.
