(Reservation) Lonich, TAIWAN Yushan Coffee Geisha Washed

Shih-Chao is a tranquil village nestled in the serene mountains of Alishan, Chiayi County, Taiwan. This is the second batch of Taiwanese coffee products launched after Lonich, featuring premium Alishan-washed geisha coffee, at the end of last year. Geisha coffee beans are now available.

Yushan Coffee is rooted in this land, meticulously cultivating Geisha coffee beans in the unique terroir created by the fog and altitude. They emphasize precise management. They measure the moisture and density of each batch of harvested coffee beans and formulate precise roasting curves accordingly. This meticulous process results in a cup of coffee with a rich, sweet, and elegant flavor.

Many coffee plantation owners in Taiwan were originally tea farmers. Of course, they still cultivate tea today and have poured the same passion into coffee cultivation for many years, reflecting their attention to detail and their commitment to quality over quantity. This coffee is characterized by the distinctive jasmine aroma of Geisha coffee, with subtle berry notes and a rounded citrus acidity. The finish is long and lingering. It truly evokes the moist morning air of Alishan.

Taiwanese coffee is often simply described as "rich in tea aroma, smooth in taste, and easy to drink." But this Yushan Geisha Coffee is quite different. It contains rich layers of tea aroma, with fruity notes and a hint of spice perfectly blended. Most importantly, it exudes a slightly formal atmosphere, reminiscent of a teahouse. It's as if the essence of Alishan is condensed into this cup of coffee.
