Mel Coffee ETHIOPIA Worka - Natural
Every year I am surprised by Ethiopian coffee.
Even if they come from the same batch or farm, the color, ripeness, and drying conditions of coffee cherries vary slightly, resulting in interesting flavors.
This washed coffee has hints of orange, tangerine, and a hint of jasmine, but has a very clean flavor that irritates this writer.
The natural flavor is sweet and juicy, showing off the ripeness of the cherries and giving it a mellow taste.
Enjoy beans and drinks at home or in the store.
