THE COFFEESHOP EL SALVADOR / Alejandro Variente Pacamara Washed
It has a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a rich sweetness!
This Pacamara washed coffee was created by Cafenor CEO Alejandro and is of exceptional quality!
La Anarquia Farm was originally part of "El Pinar," a large farm founded by Juan Ramon Calderón in the late 19th century.
Today, this small farm operates independently, adhering to the principles of respecting the local community and the environment, and continues to produce sustainable coffee.
The farm grows coffee varieties including Pakas, Bourbon, Typica, and Pakamara.
Each type of coffee is carefully processed using different methods.
This time, we are proud to introduce Pacamara Washed Coffee.
After removing the pulp, the coffee beans are fermented for 72 hours and then dried in a cool place for 16 days until the moisture content reaches 20%.
Afterward, the coffee beans are sun-dried for 15 to 20 days.
This coffee, born from respect for the natural environment and a lengthy processing procedure, perfectly embodies the concept of a farm.
- Taste: It boasts rich layers of flavor, intense floral notes, and aromas of red apple, ripe cherry, and Earl Grey tea—elegant and captivating. The palate is smooth with a long finish, revealing a rich sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar and caramel.
