WEEKENDERS COFFEE BRAZIL Fabiano Tomazini

Regular price HK$220.00

Fabiano and his family have been producing coffee for more than 25 years, but everything has changed in the past five years. At one time, the family believed they could create a special coffee by simply processing large amounts of coffee and beating it, but over time, they realized it was much more than that.
So in 2006, they focused on producing specialty coffee, made plans, purchased seedlings of the coffee variety Catucai 785 to start a new farm, purchased a new pulping machine, and invested in better management of the farm. Thanks to these investments, today we achieve excellent results in the production of specialty coffees and achieve good results in regional competitions.
Making a special cup of coffee requires knowledge, time, patience, family strength and effort, and is not an easy task. Marciano and his family are passionate about their profession and the results couldn't be better.

<Buyer comments>
In Shuhari, we purchased our first shipment from Mr. Fabiano, brother of the famous Mr. Marciano. The brothers have been developing coffee production together, producing large quantities of coffee.
This year, Mr. Stefano from UM told me that if I didn’t buy this batch from Mr. Fabiano, I would regret it, so I bought it without a sample. When it arrived it was really good, it had a flavor and acidity that you don't find in Brazil, it was just amazing. We hope you will try more of the baked products of Mr. Fabiano, one of the leading farmers in the state of Espírito Santo.

About WEEKENDERS COFFEE

Remaining ancient buildings and houses in Kyoto. customs handed down. A rooted coffee culture. I believe that only with awareness and determination can we continue to protect ourselves. They are there to create another new coffee culture. It is a space created with something from one's own heart while keeping in mind the traditional Japanese look. I hope a little coffee can satisfy your five senses.

Although it is just a small front garden, the sun pours in, the rain nourishes it, the wind blows through it, and the seasons change. When following these events, it feels like no two days are the same. They also take great care with the coffee they brew while appreciating the daily changes.

Their goal is to roast coffee that is three-dimensional, sweet and sour, and has a long finish. They source and select their green beans locally, roast them to bring out their character, and use extraction techniques to create a cup of coffee.
